We price by the job. Its a $200 trip fee, and at the end of it, if it needs more than the $200 plus materials, we will write you an estimate and get your approval beforehand.

When doing routine maintenance and repairs, our typical invoice is $200 (plus materials).
On the other hand, sometimes the landlord likes to let the maintenance and repairs of the home build up, or an annual tenant moves out and there is a year’s worth of work that needs to be completed. Our average invoice for these situations is $1500 (plus materials).
