Home Watch Services

During each home watch service visit, we use a thorough and customizable checklist to inspect your home, taking the steps necessary to ensure continued care. We report any items that need attention in a detailed post-visit report accompanied by photos/video of the issue.

Storm Watch Services

When you are away, our team can make sure that your home is prepped for the storms that may come our way. Our team will follow our pre-storm checklist, including a pre-storm video for the insurance company. After the storm we will do a follow-up service visit to assess and report any damage to you, with a post video for the insurance company. Our maintenance and repair services can step in for any necessary repairs.

Vehicle Watch Services

Naples Home Repair & Maintenance offers outstanding vehicle watch services. We can start your car and check the battery and tire pressure, drive your vehicle, and/or set your vehicle up on a trickle charger. Whether you need your vehicle washed, serviced or repaired, or just picked up and dropped off at the airport, we’ve got you covered.

Concierge Watch Services

We offer customizable concierge watch services, that can include the special requests that may come up. From meeting service providers at your property, to mailing packages to your location, to watering your plants, to taking out and bringing back in your trash bins, we are here for you. We can prepare your home for arrival or ensure it is closed up properly when you leave.
