Naples Home Repair & Maintenance, Inc. was founded by Daniel and Olivia Rognstad to provide a variety of home repair and maintenance, home watch, and concierge services focused on the the needs of home owners in Naples, Florida.
We repeatedly heard homeowners in Naples express frustration over not finding reliable home service providers who would actually show up and complete the job. Since Daniel is a true jack-of-all-trades, people often sought his advice on abandoned and incomplete home projects. Many told us, “If only you were in this business, we would love to hire you.” So, we decided to answer the need and make it happen.
Our goal is to alleviate the stresses of homeownership by managing any and all aspects of your home. We offer home watch services, home repairs, handyman services, vendor coordination, and oversight of larger projects to ensure your home is properly maintained.

Olivia Rognstad, Owner & Operator
Olivia is the administrator, coordinator, and head of home watch services. With her background in administration and customer service, she brings warmth, professionalism, diligence, and a detail-oriented focus. She ensures that every service we provide is accomplished with precision for all our clients.
